When I called to share feedback after an odd visit, the staff I spoke with was agitated and said “bro, I’m trying to figure out what I did bro” and suggested I try the corporate website since there’s no one employed in North Andover who would respond to a negative experience. Happy to move on, but with the 7th automated text received in a 24-hour span asking to review the experience we had, I’ll simply say: couldn’t possibly recommend this site. Sorry.

Everyone was attentive in front office. Then the first aide I saw who took my vitals was friendly and thorough . Then the attending PA or PA was great. She asked a lot of questions and asked about my pneumonia in July. She ordered tests and made me feel like she really cared!

They are so friendly and helpful at this place. I've been in person a few times and had a virtual visit. Both have been great. It's great when you don't feel good to not have to go in person. They don't keep you waiting at least in my experience anyway. I highly recommend this place.

AFC Urgent care was awesome. I had two clogged ears and they flushed them. The two young ladies who actually flushed out my ears were awesome and the nurse practitioner or Dr couldn't have been any nicer. Was quick too. I'll be back. Hopefully not too soon..
