I am taking a program that will allow me to be eligible for ASTTBC accreditation, Brighton offers the only distance program for this in Canada. I work, have children, and am studying, while being the only female in my specific program right now. My experience has been amazing so far. I am puzzled and surprised to see some of the bad reviews. I will say that the pace of the many of the programs are not for the faint of heart! You need to go into this fully aware the curriculum is intense. If you prepare for that, you will be ok. I am in the BET side (building & engineering technology) of the college. The education was been GREAT. The staff are highly responsive, and the passion from the instructors is evident. I have also made some great friends in the meantime. Nothing is perfect, I have felt the challenge and at times the seeming impossibility of balancing everything... but my experience has been amazing. Thank you!

I made a review and its gone...only a money grab will have 50 students in a class they expect you to learn alot of information with little to no experience and move on as fast as possible everything is open book so they dont care if you cheat so you can pass and make them look good at what they do. Money down the drain i asked for a refund could care less

I graduated from the Construction and Drafting Technician with Practicum program in Sept 2022, I was able to find gainful employment within a few weeks. I had 3 job offers in one day because of my training, so I was able to choose the environment I would be working in. I felt like the staff at Brighton were caring, attentive and made sure I was ready and prepared to enter an entirely, new to me, workforce.

Unfortunately, I had the misfortune to take a course at this school, the "Network Administration" course. We had 2 teachers at the beginning. Then the teachers argued and the management made an opinion poll with whom we want to continue the course. Then, both teachers left, and the management quickly brought another "teacher". And so, for the rest of the course, I had only one teacher who confessed to us that he too was studying with us. A total waste of time and, obviously, money. Then, the school had to find us a place to practice. The school found a place for me in a 2x2m kiosk. Can you believe such a thing? There were already 2 people there. You could not enter that kiosk unless another person stood up. A big joke this course.
