We have had the most amazing care at this pharmacy. From the pharmacists to the assistants, each one has been so thorough with our questions and explaining proper care when taking prescriptions. They have found savings from the pharmaceutical companies to pass on to us which we have never had before at any other pharmacy we’ve gone to. Wd have now switched pharmacies and couldn’t be happier!

I was hopeful switching to a smaller pharmacy but I have been really disappointed since switching. There have been issues with my benefits not being used properly, refills not being ready when they were supposed to be ready for pick up, and a lack of communication if there is an issue. My husband has had to return to the pharmacy to get a refund for medication he paid for because they forgot to run it through my benefits plan but submitted it themselves instead of simply allowing us to submit it. My husband is often the one to pick up my refills because it is less out of the way on his commute. Today I called and confirmed that all of my refills would be ready just after 430pm for him to pick up. When he picked up my medication he was not told that one of my prescriptions was not in stock and they were waiting for a delivery. He was just handed the bag of medications. By the time I realized it was too late for me to drive there to pick them up. I called and was told that the shipment arrived 20 minutes after my husband had picked up my medications. I was told no one was able to deliver them either. If they had told my husband I could have gone myself before they closed but now I am without the one medication I needed for tonight.
