Brittany and Maria were amazing! They put me on a great exercise plan that I could do at home with weekly shockwave sessions in their facility! They did what no one else could do to heal my ankle issues! I looked forward to seeing them as they always made me super comfortable! It was like visiting with friends! I visit the clinic as regularly as possible, to re-aign my spine . Every time I come off the table , I feel like I can run the 100m race with ease . The staff is friendly and polite and I will do it every chance I get . If you don't believe, try visiting the clinic even for other kinds of physio .

We were referred by a health care provider to get some physiotherapy done for my mother who's is a senior citizen by mid Jul 2024. We received a phone call today wondering whether or not they should keep her file open and to address a payment that has been "overdue" for $65.... The office clerk kept apologizing when we informed her that we weren't notified re any charges since we had the referral and she kept saying that it wasn't her that missed to inform us. She then said she would "hate" to send this to collections..... We advised her that we will address the payment and strongly recommend that they become more informative/transparent regarding any charges before initiating care treatments for patients especially if they are senior citizens.
