This was my worst shopping experience in Japan. From the moment I asked a male staff name”植X” about a product to the time I checked out, he had an impatient and unfriendly expression. When I asked him to wait a moment during checkout, he gave me an annoyed look again. I do not recommend shopping here.

Bought lorcana boxes daily and around 1000$ USD of lorcana singles, they still wouldn’t sell me more than one lorcana box per day. Apparently earlier today someone comes in and they sell them every single lorcana box??? Why was I denied to buy even two boxes at a time but someone else other people can buy everything all at once???

Went daily to buy a box of lorcana because they limited me to one per day. Now I go and they are sold out? They had hundreds of boxes. Obviously the one per day rule only applies to certain people. Maybe foreigners only? Seems a bit like racism at the very least favoritism.

Being a big Pokemon, One Piece and Magic The Gathering fan, I went to Japan on a business trip a few days ago and came across Cardon. And was greeted by a friendly and super helpful foreign staff there. One of the best stores I think in Akihabara! Will be sure to visit again. Thank you.
