I had a consultation with Krystal and I couldn't be happier with my first bridal shop experience! The space is gorgeous, there is lots of natural light in the front and private areas for trying on dresses. Krystal was absolutely amazing. Upon arrival I mentioned some concerns I had regarding texture and sensory issues and she took the time to make sure I felt comfortable in each dress and find ones that would work best for me. She was very personable and I felt instantly comfortable. The dresses available were also stunning! Overall, I felt welcomed, accepted and beautiful, and she absolutely played a huge role in the incredible experience I had. Thank you so much Krystal!!

I said yes to my dress at Novelle Bridal Shop on my second visit yesterday, and it was an absolute delight to work with Krystal to find the perfect dress. She has such a pleasant and cheerful energy, easy to talk with and doesn't put pressure. When I told her some of my visions and thoughts, she understood the assignment and had me tried on so many beautiful dresses. I ended up being torn between two dresses because I liked both of them very much. I went back and forth, and Krystal was there with me through that with so much patience, and giving me some ways how people choose their dress without overstepping boundary. She also took so many photos of me trying out all the dresses when I went alone the first time. The shop has a wide variety selection of dresses and they are all in great quality. Their designers really know how to incorporate floral into the gown in the most gorgeous way, and the dresses also hugs the body and shows all the good parts in the best way possible. The atmosphere of the shop is bright and lovely, and they play cute little love and uplifting pop songs, which add some vibe to the try-on process. The bridal dress shopping is certainly stressful, and it may takes many tries and different stores, but I would recommend to give Novelle Bridal Shop a try, especially on their off the rack section, maybe you'll find yours there ;)

Novelle was my first stop on my dress shopping mission, I was actually a bit worried I wouldn’t find my dress as I had a very specific vision in mind that I couldn’t find online. As soon as I met my consultant, Krystal, she made me feel ten times lighter and more hopeful. She listened to exactly what I wanted and the very first dress she pulled was JUST like what I had in mind!! Thank you again Novelle and Krystal for such a fun experience and for helping me find my absolute dream dress, she made me and my entire family/ friends feel so welcome. It was an amazing day♥️
