Absolutely top service at Gemini. Car was rear-ended while parked and written off by third-party insurance as an uneconomical to repair Cat N due to it being an import. Found the parts myself - wrong colour and second-hand, fourteen years old, and nowhere near perfect - and Gemini have fitted and resprayed it to perfection! Looks better than before the accident! They were incredibly understanding and speedy - dropped it off & parts on Friday morning, and picked him up on the Tuesday after lunch looking beautiful. Most of the parts I had bought were not even needed as they managed to fix the originals to such a brilliant standard- even patched the plastic boot tray where the bumper had clipped through! I extend my heartfelt thanks to the whole team - everyone I spoke to and everyone who dealt with my car did a stellar job. I would like to thank Tony in particular, who had been recommended to us, and who was nothing but extremely courteous, transparent, and professional throughout the entire process. I have genuinely never felt more calm and comfortable dealing with "car people," as an autistic adult quite susceptible to manipulative sales tactics and often talked down to by professions like this. As a disabled person, my car is my freedom, and you've given that back to me. Thank you so so very much again.

Made an excellent job of repairing my car after a rear end shunt, returning the car however with a missing rear nearside reflector which needed replacing, the original having been cracked. I was promised that a new reflector would be posted on to me when it arrived in stock, having being assured that it was just a simple push fit. Fine. No issue with that. I was soon notified that the item had been received and would be put into the post. Great. Three weeks now have passed by, and I'm still waiting !!!!! Why spoil what has been a good job carried out so far with such appalling after service. Just how long does it reasonably take to just post a piece of plastic?? Swindon is not exactly at the end of the world (although you can see it from here !!!).
