Customer experiences
I reached out to the dealership interested in a truck they had listed. The pictures and listing description did not match. So I contacted them, who ever I interacted with was rude, careless and unhelpful and furthermore it very much seemed as if they knew it was wrongly advertised to get a higher price on it. I definitely will NOT buy from this place.
The owner is very nice, but I was sold an Absolute lemon! Bought a tahoe from them that has serious electrical problems. It was brought to their attention the day after buying the car. They had it at their shop for a week and fixed the heater didn't fix the electrical. They sell everything as is. As a mother with a newborn and 3 other children that has now a broken down electrical problem yard decoration PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT. YOU CAN GET SOMETHING TRUST WORTHY ELSE WHERE. This vehicle has spent more time at Chevy and needs more work then The vehicle is even worth. Absolutely DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Very unprofessional, they had absolutely no motivation whatsoever to try and call me back with updates. I had to keep calling them. I Spoke to the sales manager and he said he would get back to me in a few minutes and once again, no call back. Horrible customer service.
I have never gone through a dealership before, but I figured I'd give Car Dealz a shot because they have the exact van what I want, they are close by, and I am ready to buy. I tried to respond to the fb ad with some questions and they said to call, so I called and asked 4 questions: "Does it have navigation?" (No), "What is the history?" (All vehicles bought at auction), "Do you have service records or a car fax?”(No) and "Do you sell warranties?" (No). Then I was asked to hold so he could take another call, which is no problem, but I overheard him complaining about me: "Yeah, I've got this lady on the phone over here and she's asking about the van we just got in (long sigh), she wants to ask every Godam question there is about it, and I'm like, come on, just come and see it, you know what I mean (laughed).” I hung up before I heard anything else, and boy was that uncomfortable! That wasn’t even a 5 minute call or 5 questions. Not cool. How do you treat customers in person? I don't want to find out. I honestly thought a dealership would be nice, and they'd be eager to answer questions about the cars they sell, it is their job to sell cars after all. I also felt pressured because he told me their vehicles sell so fast that the one I was asking about might not even be there at the end of the day. I don't appreciate feeling rushed, even though I was about to go there today, after I got off the phone with him. And I felt completely sloughed off as a customer. You must have more than you can handle. Maybe someone else should answer the phone though, cause that was awful. Ruins it for all the good dealers, and I'm back to private party only listings now. Not entirely fair is it.
