Booked a wheelchair taxi 2 days in advance, for a concert. Cab was scheduled to come at 7, concert starts at 7:30. Notified by text that driver Emil is on his way, then at 6:59 receive a text that Emil has taken another fare, but will be here soon. Emil arrives at 7:25 and we are late. Also booked this cab to go home, and Emil let a different fare take our cab before we could make it outside, takes them to the airport, and eventually comes back to pick us up, but not before again letting people get in his cab, and we run outside before he can take off again. Booking ahead of time specifically because you need a cab with a wheelchair lift apparently means nothing to this guy, and this company.

worst experience with a taxi company, especially cab 104. wouldnt drop me off even when i said I could pay him when i got home, then left me on 8th street scotiabank. Driver said no cab company gets paid after. claimed he had 10 years experience. will never use this taxi company again. If I could put 0 stars I would. Wouldnt even give me my cash back to call another service to get me home.

Called at 5:25am, waited 20 mins for the cab to get to my place then he drove under the speed limit after I told him I'm running late due then being forever picking me up! I was late for work due to all this by the cab company. They don't care about your time. Will it use this company again ever.

Apple Pay wasn’t working on my phone, I asked the cab driver if he could take emt, he said yes and I asked if I sent him money on top of the cab fare if he could give me cash back, he also said yes. Grateful for him because I was so hungry and did not have much money, he could’ve declined but he didn’t. Definitely will be my number 1 choice for a taxi in Saskatoon
