Please read resolution at the end. 1. Sprayed and brushed windows not scrubbed and squeegeed. Water spots on every window. Do not look clean. 2. Left our gate wide open even though there is a sign on the gate instructing them to close it as we have dogs. Pure luck our dogs didn’t escape. 3. Our appointment time was changed from mid April to Early May, then moved again to late June and only after I complained was it move back to early May. Been a faithful user of this company for close to 10 yrs. ____________ After expressing my concerns to the company, the window were cleaned again. This time with wiping and a squeegee. This time they are very clean. The company also gave us a discount for the original unsatisfactory work. I am impressed with the response to concerns and remediation of the same.
