this is my first time that they add a charge for $10 i ask the another taxi if they will get another charged or extra charged if you have extra luggages they said no extra but this company add you $10 if you have extra luggages it was disappoint me

Hi all! Booked a taxi early this morning. The driver arrived 5 minutes early. He helped me load things despite the cold. The driver brought us to the airport quickly and comfortably. I'm satisfied! I don't understand where the negative reviews come from? Taxi service did a great job! Thank you Mr Ossama!

So i would normally give this company a 5 star rating. However, tonight was very displeased. I usually use uber because it is cheaper and affordable but there were no cars available so i went to my first option for cabs. They told me 20 minutes and i waited over an hour for my ride. Upon my arrival the driver had the Audacity to ASK ME TO TIP. Tried to add the tip himself. I kindly asked for the machine so i could do it myself. You never expect or ask for a tip. This driver should never do this!! Ever. Charged me 56 dollars when it cost me 40$ before. Also explain that..

In my experience, the drivers are fine, but it is the dispatcher who do not want to give his name, that is rude in this company. One time, I followed up a taxi that's late and I was told that if I can't wait, I have to look for another taxi, in a tone that is not pleasant. Don't expect you are going to have a good day, if you are following up a late taxi with this company.
