I just had the most wonderful experience with their maintenance services. My bathroom towel rack was completely broken and with 24 hours they sent a wonderful fellow named Chris over to my apartment and fixed the issue within minutes. Such a nice guy and very friendly. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the results and couldn’t be more grateful. Thanks Capital Properties!

I wish I could give Capital Management zero stars. They refuse to address the security issue that we have at Webster Corner Apartments. We have asked them to replace the building entrance door for over a year. Our door does not latch at times. Most of us that live here know to make sure it latches but there are delivery drivers that don’t. So many instances we have had houseless people sleep inside the building. This morning someone is blocking the door and has spilled bleach all over the carpet. So now the hallway reeks of bleach. Countless packages have been stolen. I would feel better about paying such an obscene amount for rent if our front door was secure like it was designed to be. Hopefully someone in management sees this and doesn’t just send maintenance to dig the latch. REPLACE THE WHOLE THING. This will just continue to happen. If you got this far PLEASE DONT RENT FROM CAPITAL. They don’t care about your safety. They just want to collect your money. Everyone there is useless and I’m still waiting for a return phone call. Update: Shortly after posting this review our building got a new property manager and she made sure to get a new latch for the entrance. She seems genuinely invested in our safety and has been great thus far. However, I’m not changing the rating because up until I got in contact with our new property manager no other Capital representative I spoke with seemed to care about our concerns. I do think your experience with Capital depends heavily on your property manager.

I've only lived here a month, so take this with a grain of salt, but so far my experience has been good. Colin, one of the maintenance staff, has been a huge part of that - he has been so fast to respond to my maintenance requests, professional, friendly, respectful, does great work, and is just all around great to work with! The apartment is super cute and the layout works great for me, but there are so many layers of paint on everything that even setting my phone on the window sill results in paint flakes on my phone. Even the floors have layers and layers of paint.

Five stars for the maintenance workers! Chris was super helpful, he brainstormed solutions with us to an issue we’d been having and passed our wishes along to Capital. It feels great to have someone supporting you. Chris also was kind enough to remove his shoes (without our asking) since it was raining outside! We so appreciate Chris and all the maintenance workers we’ve worked with through Capital.
