It’s a scam, they quoted us a price and after we shipped they doubled the price, they twisted our arms to pay, by holding all shipping documents. Also they confirmed shipping insurance in writing but then denied it, they have done poor job with packing and stacking in the container, many of my expensive possessions arrived broken I do not recommend at all

My experience with Capitol Exports was absolutely terrible. They took my money, damaged nearly all my belongings during shipping, and refused to take responsibility or offer compensation. Their lack of professionalism and accountability is alarming — I strongly advise everyone to avoid using this company. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. if I could give them 0 stars I would.

I have been shipping with Capital export since 2016. They have always exceeded the expectation by handling vehicles deliveries and loading in the container. Once the container is loaded, a detailed picture before and after are sent. Fast responding office that make sure all your paper work complies and ready before loading to avoid any delay , hold or audit.
