Adam NesbittPet bathing area was disgusting when we got there. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in several days, hair everywhere, dirty towel bin was overflowing. This is the only Pet Supplies Plus I’ve ever had issues with and it’s consistently bad.

Telling us there are no crickets bc they either don't want to touch them or they don't know how to count (I tell the one guy a dozen and a half and he has to ask me how many that is). The first time we let it slide..came back next day and was told that whoever worked the night b4 had lied bc they had plenty of crickets. They tried to claim they didn't have any 2 more times and we went and looked and they did have them. So I'm done. I like it bc crickets are a good price but I can't even get any help so I'm not coming back.
