This clinic really needs attention! The waiting area is so small, dirty, and unhealthy. I saw a fan in front of the door that looks like it has never been cleaned. The room I was waiting in shocked me because it was so dirty—hair everywhere. The table was unclean, with papers and hair everywhere. More shocking was the biohazard red trash next to the sink and clean towels. This is unacceptable and unhealthy. Customer service is good, but doesn't reflect the cleanliness

Everyone was so kind and professional. The doctor took the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful and everyone knows Spanish too. Highly recommend!

They're short in staff. Two girls that help with everything. One of them doesn't speak English. So you'll have to wait for the other one to get to you. I was there this morning and had to wait for 10 min ( until 9:40) at the front desk Called out but no one was at the desk. Finally the doctor showed up who was walking in the hallway. I told him I'd been waiting for a while. " No ma'am! We just opened! You have to wait for Stephanie!" He said. When the girl finally sat at the desk, I talked to her and eventhough our appointment was at 9:30, she said we had to wait until 11 !!! Also they asked for Zestern vaccine which has been removed from the mandatory vaccine list since 2006!!
