Great quality, quick turnaround and amazing customer service. P.S. A month later I came back for additional set of winter tires on alloy rims, and had the same excellent experience. FORWARD AUTO team not only prepared the tires within couple of days, but also helped me with a couple of minor issues that were missed by the Toyota dealership (TPMS and alignment). They also helped me to configure my Toyota Crown Signia exactly as I wanted it to be, disabling Engine Sound Enhancement (ESE) and modifying the turn signals.
