I have mixed feelings about this test center. The place is small, but the seating arrangement is good. However, the chairs are not comfortable, and some test-takers kept moving back and forth, creating noise and distracting others in the small room. The keyboards are also quite outdated, which can make typing a bit difficult. On the positive side, the noise-canceling headsets in most cabins were really helpful during the speaking test. If someone from management is reading this, I hope you take these points into consideration to improve the experience for future test-takers.

The front desk staff appears to lack sufficient knowledge and etiquette, often seeming dismissive of questions and hesitant to assist those who feel lost. Their approach can come across as disrespectful, giving the impression that they prefer any enquirers to leave promptly. Additionally, the exam room is notably small with closely packed cubicles, which might explain the staff's urgency in managing inquiries to minimize disturbances for test-takers. While noise-cancelling headphones are provided to offset the room's design limitations, this solution may not align with all exam policies. On a positive note, the testing area is well-secured with cameras, suggesting potential as a competent testing center. However, the combination of cramped space and subpar service renders it less desirable. This venue could be considered a last resort for those who can tolerate minor inconveniences or are well-prepared.

Did Celpip exam 2024 December, everyone was talking at the same time during the speaking part of the exam. The girl who gives instructions to the exam is rude. Computers, mouse and earphones are old, you can’t hear things clearly from the earphone. Everything there makes you feel extremely uncomfortable when taking the exam. It’s more likely to fail if you go this place for ur exam

I wrote my NT3.5 exam in 1998 at Canadian Systems Inc. and have been taking exams at the same center for nearly 26 years. However, I was deeply disappointed last week when I arrived 15 minutes late and was denied entry. Despite my long-standing history with the center, the administration strictly enforced the rules, even though they had the discretion to accommodate me. I expected more understanding, especially given my loyalty over the years.
