Received an automated call 20min prior for delivery. Truck show up on time but they couldn't find my cooktop in the truck that I purchased at Home Depot. I called Home Depot and associates mentioned the item should arrive at their warehouse 4 days ago for this delivery. After reading the other recent reviews, finger cross for my successful delivery next time around.

I had a very negative experience with this company. The drivers displayed extremely rude and offensive behavior toward me. Their actions and words came across as discriminatory which was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated in such a disrespectful and unfair way. This kind of behavior shows a serious lack of professionalism and care for the people they are serving. I hope the company takes accountability and makes real changes to ensure no one else has to go through the same experience.

Home Depot subcontracts their deliveries through Logistics Specialty Freight Ltd. I've had one good experience with them last year, and unfortunately I just experienced a bad one now. The day prior I received an automated text highlighting my delivery scheduled arrival time to be between 3pm and 7pm. I organized my day around this and decided to run my errands in town, which is approximately 10+ mins from my place. 1255pm I recieved a call from one of the delivery guys stating that they were 20 mins away. I reminded them that I had received a text timeline of 3pm-7pm and aggreed to rush home, which I told them would take 30-40mins. I call the delivery guy back and got sent to voicemail, I then texted him saying that I'm home now. A few hours go by and I decide to call the Dispatchers phone number that home depot provided on the paperwork. That gets sent to voicemail. A few hours later I try calling the dispatcher again and I speak with Rebecca who assures me I'm their next stop. Hours go by, at this time it's outside of their timeline and getting late, I try to call again - sent to voicemail. I then try to call Logistics Specialty Freight directly and can't get through to anyone. I wait a bit longer and the dispatcher Rebecca again, but I leave a voicemail this time. I got no response. I took the day off for this delivery - had more errands to run when cut off, and wasted my entire day sitting in limbo.

After this company completed my appliance delivery, I noticed significant damage to my door frame. I requested they address it, but my concern was not resolved. Based on my experience and other reviews I’ve read, I feel that Home Depot’s standards for this service provider may be inconsistent. I will not be shopping at Home Depot again.
