We had an absolutely terrible experience with this moving company. Many of our boxes — both cardboard and plastic totes — arrived crushed, broken, damaged & opened. Items had fallen out or gone missing entirely, and one full box never arrived at all. We were told it would take 8–10 weeks to hear back from their customer service department, but it actually took 12 weeks before anyone responded. When they finally did, we were told their movers weren’t liable for the damage or missing items and that we had to file a claim through our own insurance. They offered us only a $15 refund as a “courtesy,” which was frankly insulting given the amount of damage and loss caused by their team. To make matters worse, we were charged an extra $178. Initially, the sales agent said it was because we “added items,” even though we had 30% fewer boxes than originally planned. Later, the customer service manager claimed the charge was for changing our delivery date — even though we were told we had 30 days of free storage, and our new delivery date was only five days later than scheduled. No one ever mentioned there would be an additional charge for this change. Since then, the customer service manager has stopped responding to emails, and we have received no help or resolution. This company demonstrates extremely poor communication, accountability, and business ethics. Avoid using them at all costs.
