This was my first time ordering from this pharmacy because I had to go to the hospital and the doctor at the ER prescribed me a medication where I had to go to get it filled from a compound pharmacy. The customer service is amazing very supportive very helpful. The medication arrived, perfectly sealed very well taken care of and the delivery. I had it delivered to me, and I love that option that you could have it delivered. My delivery arrived early, which was also another great experience.

Ive had so many issues with customer service here on basics it's nearly astonishing. They do have unique things you can't find elsewhere - prescription and non prescription but it's a teaching clinic. The several times I've been here they are slow to understand the situation, slow to act and not customer oriented whatsoever. They have my refillable or repeat prescriptions, they've called and said its available. I come in, ask for them, say I'll be back in 10-15 mins to pick up the ready to go prescription and it's lost, they forget to do it or didn't bother to help. The customer experience side needs more attention to detail and better processes to serve the customers better and make the pharmacy much more efficient overall.
