Canadian Apothecary has been such a breath of fresh air. The staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely lovely to deal with. Every interaction feels personal and professional, and they go out of their way to make things easy to understand. Based on my experience, I’ll absolutely continue using their services. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention these days.

Pathetic pharmacy with pathetic staff, I mean just look at their reviews. Been trying to get my meds transferred from this pharmacy for over 2 weeks, impossible, no one answers the phone, no one answers faxes; nothing. Apparently patients don't have a choice with them and have to have their awful service forced on them, where they price gouge you and refuse to bill insurances. I will be launching an official OCP complaint/investigation on this pharmacy on behalf of myself and many other patients with similar concerns.

We have been dealing with this pharmacy for well over a year and the staff and pharmacists have provided EXCEPTIONAL client service. My wife requires compound medication which very few pharmacies can do in London. It's a specialize serice which takes time which they have always communicated to us and met the completion date. We have experienced significant issues with getting reimbursed from our benefit plan with Canada Life and Dr. Polcz and his staff have been excellent at spending the extra time to provide the requested information to Canada Life to support the compound formula of her meds. We strongly recommend using this pharmacy. Great customer service and they have gone well beyond in assisting us to ensure Canada Life received what they needed to reimburse us for expensive medications that insurance companies try to avoid paying when our plan clearly covers the medication. Thank you!!!

BEWARE- This is the most poorly run and unorganized facility. The medication ingredients separated, they did make a new one for me after speaking to the manager however, The lack of communication between staff is concerning. I’ve been told my prescription would be ready twice and each time I go they can’t find my prescription or my file on a medication I’ve already paid for. Based on the lack of communication of the staff, I’ve lost my confidence in this location that my medication will even be okay to use. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.
