My friend and I tried to use this company back in August but ended up with the worst experience possible. We stumbled across this company through google while searching for a shipping company. Without realizing it, we both emailed them at the same time and to our surprise they have provided us with two different rates. They showed up to pick our stuff, and it took them two days to respond back with the weights and total cost. The total weight that they’ve put in was 25 kg more than what we have originally weighed at home. And when we asked them to provide us with proof of weight/images, they’ve responded that it will cost us an extra 80 CAD to reweigh the bags. When we started questioning their professionalism, they’d respond saying that “we’re being difficult for no reason”. After that, and without any clear explanation, they’ve cancelled our request and told us to pick our shipment. We ended up shipping our stuff with a different company, where the total weight of our bags that they’ve charged us for did match our original weights. In other words, this company is unfortunately non-transparent and greedy.
