Do not trust your home with this company. They broke numerous contract agreements including maintaining the property in a clean and rentable state, left it vacant, uncleaned and un-showable for four months (see photos). Charged for maintenance items that were not completed, left maintenance bills accruing for ten months and then charged all at the end of the year after allowing two separate tenants to leave without notice. Both of whom were there for less than three months. They failed to find a contractor to fully fix water damage in time causing further damage. And when I found a new property manager (who cleaned and filled the units within the week) they refused to return damage deposits and refund fees due to mismanagement. Save yourself the headache and work with a different company.

Fantastic people to work with! Derek was so helpful during the process of finding my new home. He went above and beyond to answer all questions and concerns I had, showed me endless places, and was so helpful during this stressful process. Not to mention, he’s funny as heck! Jeff also went above and beyond, stepping in when Derek had a lot on the go. Their teamwork and effort helping me was impressive, and so very thankful for both Derek and Jeff during this crazy time to ensure it went as smooth as possible!

Worst company ever. Rude staff not know how to talk to tenants shows attitude. Ask them to fix anything it’s been a year asking them to fix my apartment. Always says waiting for owner’s response. Owner takes 1 year to response. Just increasing the rent but not repairing anything. Somebody name Ellen so rude, unprofessional. Never recommend anybody to rent place from them. Whole building is like gonna collapse anytime. Washer is not working owner said I will not fix. I would have option I won’t even gave 1 star. My property manager he knew i am gonna ask about update not responding to my calls at all.

They ran 155 mystery lake to the ground. The building is mice and snake infested. If you walk through the building the ceilings are all falling apart with chew marks and yellow huge stains, very dirty building with needle caps all over it. The managers son is the main priority and any updates have been catered to his family as his 5 kids and pregnant girlfriend also live in the building the managers son smokes weed in the office and walking down the halls but doesn't actually do anything for the building. If you walk through the building floor to floor it almost looks as if the place is an abandoned building how rough it is the higher you go up the worse it gets. The place is a dump and they raise the rent any chance they get claiming rising cost meanwhile they dont take care of the building and fix the real issues.They usually have 3 working washer and dryers for 97 units which causes issues between tenants. Its been known they enter apartments without notice and are a very sneaky company. Nobody should be paying over $1000 for that place. I am so glad I got out when I did.
