Original delivery date passed so I contacted Home Depot. They gave me the number for Canada cartage and a midday delivery was arranged with their dispatch . The next morning a text notification informed me that the item would be delivered 330-730. I contacted their dispatch again and was told that it would be early between 330 and 730 as their driver was “very efficient”. I made arrangements for someone to be at the house between 330 and 530 as I would be at work. I also took all the food out of my old fridge and disconnected the waterline at 1 PM because I had to be at work at 130. I returned from work at 530 and nothing had been delivered. I waited until 730 and made several calls leaving messages. No response. No driver. I put my warm food back in the old fridge and plugged it back in. Not sure when the next delivery attempt will be.

Terrible communication. Lost one of the three appliances in my order. Waited over a month for the replacement after the original was deemed a lost appliance. I would use literally anyone else if you can help it. Terrible service.

if you can avoid using this delivery company, please do so. was given a date and time when delivery would occur, and made arrangements to ensure i was home for the delivery. they did not contact me at all to let me know they aren't delivering it . had to contact home depot to get them to contact the delivery company for me. and turns out they decided they aren't delivering for another five days. hopefully it actually shows up.

Do not use. Delivery Drivers rushed delivery of a fridge and didn't take precautions to protect property. Damage occurred to Hardwood floors, banisters, walls. Also delivered Fridge a day late. Came on the day of delivery with no fridge on the truck.
