I contacted David with a problem with my Q5, which had gone into limp mode. The AA had diagnosed the problem as P256300. After searching for a VAG specialist, I found Camspec DS Autowerks Ltd, which had the best reviews by far. I took the Q5 to Camspec for a diagnostic check to get an idea of what was actually wrong with the car. David had a look under the bonnet before it was plugged into the diagnostic machine to see if there was anything obvious. He found the problem within a couple of minutes, a rodent, probably a mouse, had chewed through a pipe that operates the turbo boost control. David fixed the problem there and then and cleared the light on the dashboard, all in all about 10 minutes. What a great service! I can definitely recommend Camspec DS Autowerks Ltd for an honest opinion and who will only charge you for the work they actually do. I will have no hesitation in taking my Q5 back there along with my partner's car for servicing and MOT, which is £35 if done the same time as the service.
