However, over a month has passed without further communication. Their lack of response suggests a disregard for the incident, possibly due to the absence of the offending vehicle's identification.

Campanella did a great job for us in a tricky situation. They got a load of crushed concrete into a hard to reach area. They also were called off two days prior at the last minute. Their truck was already loaded down and on the way to the job. We received no extra charges and were given no attitude from the dispatcher. Hard to find a company that focuses on relationships in the long term rather than profits in the short term. Very happy with them and will use again!
