Lee Wetherington Homes built a beautiful custom home for us in the Sarasota area. We are very pleased with the final product! Visitors without exception compliment the home for many reasons. The company has been extremely responsive and attentive to areas or details that needed addressing. David Hunihan (Chief Executive Officer), Jack Williams (VP of Construction), Chris Stauffer (Production Manager), and Steve Manka (Customer Service Representative) have been very polite, courteous, and responsive. They try hard! There were no delays in the construction of our home, and despite rapidly rising construction costs during our build, Lee Wetherington was true to the original contractual price. Keeping the project moving and adherence to the original contractual price is not true of all builders in the Sarasota area. If we had to do it all over again we’d hire Lee Wetherington Homes. We met Lee Wetherington, a very nice gentleman! We highly recommend Lee Wetherington Homes without reservation! Our now completed home is our beautiful oasis! Please see photos (13).

Building a house is always a challenging process, particularly a “clean sheet” design by two engineers! When you are done, you know there will be issues. You are promised throughout the process, “don’t worry, we will take care of the issues.” The proof comes when you need help resolving problems. We could not be happier with Jack, Chris, Nick, Steve, Matt, and Scott. High integrity building professionals who care about their customers. Thank you, gentlemen!

The model at Everly in Wellen Park is the most spectacularly designed home I have ever seen, and I have seen dozens and dozens. Well done to the interior designers who designed this model. It is utterly incredible.
