I had a terrible experience here. Got a filling that I didn’t know I even needed back in 2022. It has failed and is coming off randomly? Went back to get it checked out and the old dentist doesn’t work there anymore (found out they have really fast turn over idk why but is a red flag). The new dentist was rude and couldn’t not tell me why I got the filling in the first place, no record of it? (incompetent in my opinion) and refused to give me a care plan, insisted I needed a root canal!? My tooth is healthy I had it checked out by an endodondist and no need for root canal- I have a healthy tooth with a crappy filling that needs to be redone. The dentist at vancity tried to tell me it was my fault. Even though I’m a diligent brushed and flosser. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Dr Jaren is a lovely dentist, super informative and clarified all treatment with great detail and made sure I understood everything prior to starting the treatment. Had my hygiene cleaning by Sharon which was also lovely! My teeth have never felt better! 100/10 recommend!
