A bit more upfront clarity would have made things even smoother. That said, she was always happy to clarify once I reached out. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend her, especially to first-time renters who want someone approachable and responsive on their side.

I contacted Fatima at Cambridge Premier Realty about an apartment a week before my current lease was ending and I needed to find a new place to live. I was in an extremely stressful situation with a very tight turn around, and I cannot express enough how amazing it was working with Fatima. She was outstandingly responsive, reliable, helpful, and kind. She answered any and all of my questions (and I had a lot) and helped me put together my application! From initial contact, Fatima helped me tour, apply, and sign the lease within 4 days. Every question or message I sent her way was responded to within the hour; most times within a few minutes. She went above and beyond what I could have ever asked for, and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a stellar agent who conducts her work with professionalism and care. I am so so happy with my lease and new apartment- I'd give her 6 stars if I could!

I just signed a lease through this group. In hindsight I came in asking a LOT. I wanted to tour an occupied unit, on a weekend, with extremely short notice, and then right after the tour I asked for same-day lease signing with an early move-in date and some lease modifications. Fatima gave up a lot of her weekend to make all that happen, coordinating everything efficiently between me, the current tenant, and the landlord so that we all came out happy. I've had several negative experiences with agents/brokers in the past, so I never understood why anyone, landlord or tenant, would spend extra money to hire one. My experience with Fatima showed me how much value a good agent brings to the table. Great responsiveness and work ethic, handled everything in record time, and I really liked her nice and relaxed communication style. She made the whole process quick, smooth, and pleasant for me, with none of the stressfulness I'm used to with the Boston rental market. I'm so happy with the lease I signed and my new apartment!
