This office has consistently failed to meet basic professional standards. 1. You were instructed to perform only procedures covered by my insurance, yet you managed to mishandle even that simple request. 2. When services not covered by my insurance were performed, you failed to inform me before I left the office. Instead of contacting me to settle any outstanding balance like a competently run business, you sent my account to collections without any prior communication. Additionally, attempts were made to pressure me into unnecessary procedures, which a more reputable dentist advised against. Your performance is unacceptable. Please improve..

I can't say enough positive things about this dental office. I had a chipped front tooth and though I'm not a patient there, I was able to get in the very next day and have it repaired. It looks better than it did before the chip! They knew I was quite uncomfortable and in a panic and really didn't want to be there and they were so kind and patient with me. It was painless and fast and they made going through my insurance a breeze. 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much to the team at Cambrian Dental Centre!

Both me and my som have extreme dental anxiety. Over the last few months we’ve both had terrible toothaches. I chose Cambrian because it was my dental office years ago before I moved away. I’m beyond pleased with that choice. We were both able to see a dentist promptly and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I’m so grateful to the wonderful people at Cambrian dental. I’m not as scared of the dentist anymore and I’m looking forward to getting my teeth back in good shape now that I’ve found that not all dentist’s offices are terrifying.

I'm so glad I went to Cambrian dental! I'm a new client and had issues with a different dental office. I noticed a very huge difference between Cambrian and the other place. At Cambrian my dental history was asked about and everything was explained. I haven't had some dental procedures for years and they were quick to try and schedule me in. Calling me twice with cancelation appt opportunities! The dentist was also very nice in explaining some options. I'm very happy with Cambrian!!!
