Inside windows were done well by Dave. When the rest of the crew arrived, Dave left with the check. Some of the outside windows were not cleaned well. We never received a senior discount either. Will find hire someone else next year.

We were repeat customers until today! We booked this job 6 weeks ago. Cleaning gutters, adding gutter guards, cleaning windows, power washing driveway. $1700. Job. No communication since booking job until David showed up at noon today. To let us know that he did not have gutter guards. So we chose not to have gutters cleaned until we had gutter guards. Asked about when the window washers would get here. He didn’t know and rudely started walking away and basically told us to get someone else to do the complete job. Very unprofessional attitude. Glad he can lose $1700.+ job. Will not recommend!

We had used Camano Island Window Cleaning earlier this year to clean our windows inside and out and were thrilled with their work. I didn’t hesitate to call them for window cleaning and moss treatment for our roof this fall. What a disappointment. Firstly, they called to see if they could come on and earlier day. I explained we had to leave at a very specific time and Dave assured me they would be there in 30 min and done well before we had to leave. An hour and 10 min later a lone guy shows up to start working. I again explain we had to leave at a specific time. He’s very polite and I do appreciate that. He said no problem. He starts working and right away we see things are different than before. He just scrubbed the windows with a scrub brush that sprayed water. I mean that’s nice and all, but darn, I could’ve done that. No squeegee of the windows after and no cleaning of the screens like before. When I pointed out that he was leaving water spots all over the windows, he said no we use dionized water. Except there were water spots drying on the windows. That I then had to go behind him and clean. Seriously. I had to clean up after the window cleaner. Then he got up on the roof to treat the moss. We are now late leaving but we have to stick around and pay him. I’m frustrated. My husband is frustrated. We pay him and head out. But what a surprise my husband came home to…the moss treatment blew off the roof when he was applying it and stuck to the water on our deck. Maybe this is to be expected?So now we have to once again clean up after the window cleaner. Sigh. A completely different experience than this spring. Not what I expected at all.

This was our first time using this company and I made sure to book our second cleaning before they even left the driveway. As small business owners ourselves, we are constantly looking for other small businesses to use and recommend to others. This is one of those companies. They showed up early, went over the details of the job with me and then went above and beyond to ensure everything looked immaculate. David even provided me with pointers on how to maintain the windows ourselves in between our scheduled appointments, to ensure the best possible appearance for our home and shop. Being new construction, these windows were heavily covered in dirt, bugs and debris and we couldn’t be happier with their attention to detail getting them cleaned up. In a very long winded explanation, we highly recommend camano island window cleaning and will continue to trust them with routine maintenance on our property. 🙂
