Calmly Centered's new space at the Hackmatack Refuge feels truly serene. The property matches Audrey's therapeutic mission - to find peace among nature. There is no other setting like it that I've found in this area. Sessions are fluid and natural - talking side by side on a swing on the porch, during a walk through the property's trails, while watercolor painting overlooking the ponds, etc. Audrey and her staff make space for clients to express in ways that make them most at ease.

Calmly Centered Therapy is the best. I highly recommend Georgia who I have worked with extensively. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and insightful. The whole practice is well-run and highly professional. I plan to look into more of the services that are offered.

Audrey is a down to earth therapist. I've been seeing her for over 5 years. Gives me lots of tools to help with everyday life. Or when you have lots of frustrations and need to vent. She's listens and helps you decompress. Thank you. Sorry I didn't give you a review Sooner.

Working with Audrey has been so incredibly rewarding. Audrey takes the time to really listen to and understand her clients so that they can further understand themselves. She makes it a priority to help her clients find the quality of life they are seeking, and she is clearly authentic and genuine while doing so. Audrey works with the all the smaller parts of her clients’ lives in order to help them achieve their big picture goals. As a fellow therapist, I can also say that Audrey is a true professional in the field. She consistently stays current with new findings and techniques that she can utilize to help her clients. You can always count on feeling safe, comfortable, and cared for. Finally, Audrey’s office space is phenomenal! She has put great effort into ensuring that everyone who walks in feels welcome and at home. Overall, I could not recommend Audrey enough!
