I had my wisdom teeth extraction appointment scheduled for 2 months after my consult, and they called to tell me the day before that my insurance does not cover it and I have to pay out of pocket, when I called my insurance company and they do cover wisdom teeth removal. They argued with my mom and I both on the phone, and even hung up on me when I tried to call and confirm my appointment. They left my mom a nasty voicemail as well. All of the staff were very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend using their services. It seems to me like they are just trying to make money off of people.

My son was in need of having his wisdom teeth removed & we were referred to Koslin & Kahn Oral & Facial Surgery by his orthodontist. From start to finish, everyone was extremely kind, helpful & answered any & all questions we had. Dr. Micheal Koslin performed the procedure on my son & was great throughout the entire process. I also want to thank Dr Denson for answering the questions & concerns we had after hours, the evening following his procedure. From the front desk to the back office, y’all were terrific & y’all helped ease the worries of both myself & my son! Thank you to everyone!! And to those who might be looking for or in need of facial/oral surgery, I’d highly recommend Koslin & Kahn.

Excellent care, excellent people, wonderful experience. I had to 2 teeth on the opposite sides of my mouth extracted they went over everything with me. The team mildly sedated and in 20 minutes Dr.Denson was done. Best experience I could have possibly had due the circumstances. Great job I must say

The Alabaster office is small but has a super friendly, helpful and thorough staff! Dr. Bannon was very kind and went the extra mile for me to be safe and comfortable with what to expect. I highly recommend him for any oral surgery you may need!
