I recently visited Caledon Hills Brewing Company in Palgrave and was absolutely blown away. The location itself is stunning—it’s set in a restored historic church, which gives it such a unique, cozy, and welcoming vibe. Beyond the atmosphere, the food and drinks were outstanding. It is so refreshing to find a place where the kitchen is doing everything in-house and doing it right. The chef is doing an excellent job with the menu; the quality is top-tier, and the portions are honest and generous. You definitely don’t feel misled by the menu here—what you get is hearty and satisfying (the pretzel is great the nachos are amazingly cheesy and loaded great with beer! The burgers look fantastic so I'll definitely be trying them). As for the beer, they have plenty of variety with their in-house crafted brews. You can tell they take pride in their German brewing roots—the Vienna Lager & the wheat beers amazing, and their seasonal taps were fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great craft beer, honest food, and a truly memorable setting. I’ll definitely be back again and again in the summer to enjoy a different atmosphere than the winter, KEEP IT UP !

We “found” Caledon Hills last summer and have made many stops since. Food, portions and quality are always consistently great. The huts they have outside are super cozy and a great spot to chill. Another fantastic vist.

This was a stop on our Guess Where trip and it was such a neat little find! The food was delicious and real generous portions and beer was top notch! I enjoyed the lagers and the Oktoberfest the most! The pretzel is definitely a must order! We also ordered the Brussels sprouts, barley risotto, and chicken schnitzel… way too much food for two people. This visit was a late lunch and we didn’t need dinner afterwards because we were stuffed! Would definitely venture out here again and try the other items on the menu :) great find!

Super cute spot with fantastic food and drinks! I came on a busy Thursday night and grabbed a spot in one of their heated greenhouses, which we're lovely. Still quite chilly in -17 wether, but I enjoyed my experience and the sweet potato tacos were really tasty 😋
