Easily my favourite store at the mall. I love this brand and the collaborations that they do. Their retail store is a great opportunity to score a deal on items that aren’t on their website anymore. Downside, the sizing options today were pretty slim. Everything we liked seemed to be only available in a 2-4XL, while we usually get smalls.

BUYER BEWARE – Unexpected USD Charge & No Accountability I recently purchased swimsuits on sale at the Hamilton, Ontario location for $45 each with a 25% discount, bringing them to about $34 CAD per item. Since my size wasn’t in stock, the store associate helped me place an order to be shipped to my home. Shortly after, I received an invoice via email for $77.78 and paid it, assuming this was the correct CAD total. But when I checked my credit card statement, I was shocked to see I had been charged $106.64 CAD—because the invoice had been processed in USD without my knowledge. I immediately contacted customer service, expecting a simple fix. Instead, I was told no price adjustments could be made because the order was already paid. I reached out to the store again, hoping they’d acknowledge this as a manual error, but I was sent back to customer service. Even when I offered to accept store credit for the overcharge—because I genuinely like the brand—I was refused. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed for a few reasons: 1. Why was I charged in USD when I shopped in-person at a Canadian store, with Canadian pricing? 2. Why won’t anyone take responsibility for the mistake—even just to offer store credit as goodwill? I understand mistakes happen. But the fact that no one is willing or able to fix a clear error—says a lot about the company’s policies. I’m sharing this to help others avoid the same surprise.

I just Love Love Love their collection online ! I was randomly checking where is this store located and to my surprise it’s Located in Hamilton , Ontario ❤️ , I came from Brampton to this amazing store and They have such cute collection definitely all the 90’s kids will love their clothing. Just takes us back to the time when we loved watching Cartoon Network ❤️✨and The Disney collection is just Wow 🤩 perfect for anyone planning to Disneyland. Jean was very sweet and kind , she helped me with my purchase. Definitely coming !!

This has quickly become one my favourite stores and I love how convenient the location is as well. The staff is consistently amazing. In particular, my family and I had a great experience with Ryleigh this evening. They made sure to greet us with a smile, let us know of any sales that were on and helped us find everything we were looking for. Thank you so much Cakeworthy and Ryleigh for always being so great!!
