We had a great experience with this company, and our technician Trevor was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were quoted an obscene amount from one of the big corporations, so we went looking for a second opinion. Trevor was out that same day 30 minutes later and gave a fair quote and was very upfront about what was needed and what wasn't a priority. We decided to also move forward with a membership as well. Very pleased.

I just don’t know where to begin. I have so many great things to say about this company. (CACTUS Plumbing and Air) I’ll just start from the beginning. I called this company about fifteen minutes before their closing time. I told the nice lady that answered the phone that I have no heat in the front part of my house. I told her that I have so many doctor appointments that it was hard for me to schedule appointments for repair. She told me to stay near the phone. About 30 minutes later, We got a call from a Technician named Trevor. He was here in 20 minutes. He looked at the failing unit. He told me that the parts store was closed. ( it’s about 8:45 pm) He said that he would be back in the morning with the part. Trevor kept his word. He came back the next morning and repaired the heating unit. He also showed me my broken parts. Trevor is about the nicest, polite and business person that I have ever met. He seemed to care about our problem with the unit. I will be calling again for the upkeep of my two units. May God continue to bless Trevor.

I called this place to see if someone could come out the same day. The lady on the phone was a little rude but I just went with it anyways because she said someone could come out same day and that a plumber would call me in 2 hours. Well that was at 2:30PM and I never got a call from anyone! I stayed home and missed my niece's birthday party because I wanted to get my water heater fixed today. I wanted to post an update! The owner Cristal reached out to me apologize for her employees behavior. She offer a comp visit for a plumber to come out right away. Jeff was very nice and professional, he showed up quick. I definitely would recommend them. Thank you for making it right I really appreciate it 🙂

Scott arrived early. He was friendly and professional. He completed all services requested and left both bathrooms neat. We will definitely use his services again if needed.
