I believe this is definitely your best option for massage therapy in all of Cabbagetown. Having only even seen the door at street-level, I did not expect such a beautiful, contemporary space: it's very open, well-lit, spacious, and incredibly clean. It's a very calming environment, air-filters throughout (I suffer from spring allergies so I always note when there is good air filtration!), and nice music. AND the rooms are a decent size (I'm a bit claustrophobic but I was at-ease in their treatment room). My massage was with Kayla and she did a great job to check-in with me throughout to offer more/less pressure and she found knots in my back that I didn't know I had!
