Bought my first truck in the early 90s and wish I’d have found this place sooner. Hands down the best place I’ve ever put a truck on at. No force dispatch, plenty of miles, and good equipment for their company drivers. Contract freight with probably 75% drop and hook given the year and a half I’ve been here. They really do treat you like family and that to me is everything.

Avoid this place junk trailers alot of wich has abs lights disconnected cheap c.h Robinson loads there a want to be trucking company there are a agent to greatwide wich anyone thats been around knows them . Machanics are slow. Owner full of bs sighned a lease 3 months after i was supposed to due to being mislead about truck availability and lease wasn't even legal due to fact they didn't use my correct company address or have the other owner sighn wich they hold more than 25%of our company

Ive been to a few companies where they value the truck and product and forget about the driver. BWY since ive been here, has shown me nothing but love and respect. They show we are valued too. Started as a company driver moved into lease purchase wife got really sick had to leave work local for a bit till she recovered there wasn't even a second thought where I was going back to once the crisis in my family life was over and have been welcomed back with open Arms
