We have gotten our garage serviced by BWI garage for years and they never fail. Their technicians really know garage doors and are very reliable, we usually see the same ones and that is always a good sign. We had an issue where our door wouldn’t come down, the technician (Gideon) who has come in the past, immediately could tell it was an electrical issue and even tried to help me figure out where it was coming from. They are usually very responsive and in my case, came the same day and offered me the next day as well if I could not be home. Thanks to their quick service and assessment, I was able to get an electrician to fix the real issue. I would strongly recommend BWI garage for your garage door needs!

They installed a garage door spring, charged more than initially quoted claiming it was a superior spring. The spring was so superior it was too much for our door. When issues arised, no one answered the phone and could not reach them. Had to call another company to fix the issue. Their customer service is not what you would expect after paying for a very expensive spring.

We used BWI Garage Door’s services for over a year to service a lemon of a roll up garage door at our residence in DC. He always tuned it up so well it almost seemed brand new. When our garage door motor eventually gave out and just stopped mid-track or wouldn’t start moving at all, I called Adina at BWI Garage Doors first and spoke to her in detail about the issue. Gideon came a day later and inspected it, saying it was time to do a full motor replacement. It was a 10 year old unit anyway, so the timing seemed right to us. We were nervous since it’s a hefty price tag, but I got quotes from two other companies and BWI Garage Door’s quote was the most competitive, which I was grateful for, since I already trusted them. I paid the 50% deposit and we waited for the part to come in. It took a few days to get the call to schedule the replacement, but I also know they are a busy crew since not many technicians service these commercial roll up doors in the DC area! Once it came in we scheduled the service for replacement. Gideon spent a few hours working hard to get it up and running. He was thorough and we were appreciative! I’m so grateful to this company for helping us out with this huge project - it works perfectly now. I highly recommend BWI Garage Doors!
