I had always DYI'ed pest control since buying my house in Old Hickory five years ago but last year I saw an uptick in Brown Recluse and insect activity. This spring I had them out for my first treatment. Bryan himself showed up, walked me through the company and what they do and performed the first treatment. A month or so later, I noticed a lot of activity (which Bryan warned me might happen since it was the first treatment). They came back out, free of charge, before my next quarterly visit and retreated my basement. They're timely, professional and actually give a damn. Easiest five stars.
