These bus drivers illegally park all the time, including in accessible parking zones (see attached photos) and taxi stands, even when dedicated tour bus parking is available on the same block. They also stop in the middle of the road on one way streets for many minutes to load and unload passengers, illegally blocking all other traffic.

One of your drivers just thoughtlessly and unprofessionally barged through the traffic light after the advanced green went out. Bus number is 7134. At Gordon Street Northbound at Stone Road Westbound in Guleph, ON. Held up traffic and one of the city buses. Not the behavior of a professional.

Kuddos to Louis Mercier! Excellent Driver and such an amazing man. We had the honour of having this absolute gentleman as a driver for our French School trip to Montreal, Quebec and Ottawa. He was the sweetest, kindest and caring guy and the kiddos absolutely adored him. We had Louis as our personal driver for the week and he really added to the whole experience. During the time of 8:30 am until 8:50 am from Lillington, NC to Sanford, NC on Hwy 421. I was followed way too closely by one of their drivers. There was less than 3 seconds of following distance by a commercial vehicle in the pouring rain. As a former CDL driver I know it was too close. I would accelerate to gain distance and he continued to tailgate me. At speeds over 15 mph (approx 20 kph) the driver continued to tailgate me in the pouring rain. At several points he followed me with one second of following distance causing me to accelerate to gain a safe traveling distance. At one point I hit a stop light then got ahead of him. I was traveling over the speed limit only to have him still catch up to me. This is unacceptable. During business hours tomorrow I plan to tell this story to the DOT. Your Van operator is going to kill someone. His conduct was completely unprofessional and dangerous. He risked my life, a father of two, and whomever was on the bus. This is a highway that experiences a fatality once a month. As a guest in my country, you should never be welcome again.
