Ovik was very accommodating, helped me make a lot of decisions. Sometimes, the bathroom shop didn't deliver the right screws for the fountain and he was still able to engineer a solution. He knows his stuff and is trustworthy. He just finished my renovation and it looks great, looking forward to using my new bathroom and toilet!
