Customer experiences
Great dental office. I left my previous dentist because I felt they only cared about using up my insurance and not so much about my dental health. This office is wonderful, the staff are kind and responsive and they actually care about me and not how much money they can get from my insurance plan. Highly recommend this office if you are looking for a dentist in the Burnaby area!
First time to Burnaby City Dentist and experienced really good. Front counter was really professional where Manjot helped me out very good. Next I saw Dr. Ahmadi to extract my tooth he was very polite and friendly. His assistant Miss Apurva was really great kind and friendly to help me. I definitely recommend anyone with this dentist.
Visiting dental implants at 4361 Kingsway, Burnaby bc. Was very good filling, all staff worked there was very nice and helpful. Doctor for implants, was very nice and explained me very well, what happened with my teeth. Show me all city scan and helping me to understand my situation. Thank you very much. Mike.
I recently visited this clinic for a cleaning. When I first called to inquire, I was told the cost would be $20. However, when I arrived, they said it would be $40, and in the end, I was charged $70. They performed additional dental fillings that I did not request, without explaining the extra charges beforehand. I feel this is a serious issue of overcharging and lack of price transparency. I recommend everyone to carefully read other Google reviews before booking, because I believe I am not the only one who has experienced this. Regarding the staff, the hygienist who did my cleaning was actually very nice and professional. However, the doctor’s attitude was not good. The doctor was constantly criticizing my teeth, telling me how bad they were, and the whole tone felt quite manipulative and uncomfortable, almost like being PUA’d. It was not a pleasant experience at all. On top of that, although I had already booked a confirmed appointment date, the clinic kept calling me multiple times asking, “We have an opening tomorrow, would you like to come earlier?” I think this is extremely unprofessional. Once an appointment is confirmed, both sides should respect the agreed time. Why would they keep trying to change it? It makes me feel like the clinic is constantly trying to fill last-minute cancellations or empty slots, regardless of the customer’s convenience. This constant rescheduling attempt is not only disruptive, but also shows poor time management. I hope this clinic can improve their professionalism by respecting their customers’ booked time slots.
Burnaby City Dentist is a dental clinic.
