I can not say enough good things about BPD!! I have 2 kids 6 and 9 who have been at BPD since they were born!! Both of my kids needed help with tongue tie…..who do we go to?? Dr Daniel of course!! From the minute I walked in with my kids (both were less than 3 months old) Dr Danial and his front office staff eliminated all of my “new parent” fears and made me comfortable with the procedure and aftercare. My son is Autistic and does not feel comfortable lying down or having people touching his face. Guess who doesn’t think this is a problem??? You’re right….BPD!! BPD will support all kids (not just neurodiverse kids) with “happy” trips. This is anything from walking through the door saying hello, to spending time watching the fish, to slowly introducing the hygienists, dentists, treatment rooms etc. I never felt like we were wasting anyone’s time being there even if we were not receiving treatment. Everyone appears to just want to make the trip to the dentist as stress free as possible. My sons first official appointment involved him sitting up and “helping the hygienist clean his teeth” but this was a MASSIVE achievement for him!! (That and he thinks Dr Daniel is super cool wearing his Healy shoes 😂) - who knows we might even get to the lying down stage next trip 🤞🏼 My daughter has anxiety and again some visits are good and some are bad - no one ever looks at me in a way I feel judged. If the visit is not successful we just rebook and try again another day. Both kids have needed dental work with anesthesia. It’s pretty scary to have to watch your kid be put to sleep but between the office staff, nurse, anesthetist and Dr Daniel I knew exactly what would happen prior to us arriving, everything was fully explained again when we arrived and the kids walked away with a nice “you were brave” stuffie. The follow up plan and communication was also amazing. I have never been anywhere with my kids where the company listened to everything I said and acted as best they could to my wishes. Often I hear “don’t worry we deal with this all the time” then watch as my kids meltdown with the stress of the situation. Not BDP!! They literally followed all my wishes including my “just get them in and asleep as soon as possible” 😂😂 such a refreshing experience!! I could go on and on about this place but you need to visit them and experience how amazing they are for yourselves!! Thank you, thank you, thank you BPD!!!! We will see you for our next visit very soon

The team at Burlington Pediatric Dentistry have provided great care from our initial visit as a new patient to the follow ups. The reception team does their best for scheduling appointments to accommodate my calendar. My son is excited for his dentist visits. It is a warm and welcoming environment for all young ones.

We have taken our kids here since they were toddlers, and we are so very happy we chose the right place to grow with our family! We have always been treated with kindness, warmth and care. The whole hygiene team is patient and thorough - they take their time to explain anything that my kids need to improve upon or could use help with when it comes to maintaining their teeth - they know how to make kids feel at ease and happy during their cleanings. All of the dentists are lovely and have great interactions with my kids, making them feel calm about any procedures or work we've ever had done, from exams all the way to cavities and crowns. As a parent, I appreciate that each dentist we have spoken to has taken their time to explain any situation or dental procedures to me, and have allowed me the time to ask any questions I may have, so I am never feeling rushed about any decisions we need to make. If you are looking for a place that goes above and beyond for families, BPD is the place to go!

It has been close to a decade for us with Dr Daniel and his team. He is incredible doctor who creates a safe and positive experience for his patient. He is open to always exploring options before going down the drilling routes. Very honest, would not recommend unnecessary procedures. Front staff desk is exceptional, always answering phones . Better than any other pediatric dentistry in Halton. The office is very child friendly and my son was never scared there since 18 months to 11 years of age ! He looks forward to every appointment!
