He answers the phone and email which is the largest part! We required an additional bedroom and closet added on a tight timeline so we could perhaps obtain a better price on putting our house up for sale on Burke Mountain. He also repaired and replaced the wood railings coming up to the front door. Yosef is reliable and trustworthy. He explains what he will do and then executes. He is quite tidy with his work compared to most contractors. His prices are quite fair for the work performed. He was amazing with my chocolate lab who has full reign of the house and had to be left alone with her a fair bit whilst I worked. As a bonus he repaired the garage door that wasn't opening and closing perfectly at no extra charge and is now working a treat!
