Makanan, emg yg berbahan dasar dg mentega agak membuat eneg. Better di beri tambahan saos klo makan salted egg ya. Minuman, rasa wajar. mmg banyak pilihan FnB di sini Lantai 2 untuk second bowl Lantai 1 untuk burger Pembayaran Terpisah ya sesuai lantai saat memesan. Toilet cukup bersih, disarankan di beri penutup lubang air, karena bau. Wastafel, mushola ready.
Udah reservasi 2 hari sebelum acara untuk buka bersama, dari pihak burger up diminta untuk memesan makanan dan minuman terlebih dahulu untuk masing-masing orang dan harus di DP 50%. Saat hari-H, pelayanan yang diberikan sangat tidak memuaskan. Mulai dari pesanan yang tidak sesuai, ada yang menunggu hingga 1 jam sampai pesanannya datang, bahkan ada yang pesanannya tidak tercatat. Pelayannya juga tidak ramah dan terkesan kurang peduli. Untuk makanan dan minumannya lumayan lah, mungkin emang untuk pelayanannya yang bisa ditingkatkan lagi.
Cukup sekali makan disini. Order jam 19.23, burger baru keluar jam 20.10, menunggu 45 menit lama ya. Setelah dimakan, supreme mushroom beef burger nya dingin semua dalam nya. Sy tanya ke staff resto, tapi staff cuek dan seperti nya sdh biasa dengan komplaincustomer. Sy lalu ke kasir komplain, akhir nya mereka berinisiatif mengganti dgn yg baru, dan sesuai ekspektasi, sy hrs menunggu 45 mnt lagi hingga burger nya disajikan ke meja saya. Poor service, buat owner nya tlg diperhatikan jika masih mau bertahan resto nya. Thx u
