Extremely Unprofessional and rude Staff, just trying to stall the patients, first she kept on saying we haven't received the prescription, we cannot expedite until we receive it, and once i got that forwarded to them then she said i cannot do anything for another 3 4 days. its weird they have this recording about "abusive language won't be tolerated" and then receptionist started being rude for no reason. i guess they are hiring low budget unprofessional staff, who doesn't even have the basic customer service experience let alone being in health care.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I have never had problems when interacting with reception and only occasionally, the wait times are long. My only complaint is regarding phone calls. You are put on hold for a while if you are not among the top 3 callers and phone calls aren’t answered on weekends. I book my appointments very quickly, via their online booking system.

What an unprofessional behaviour by Dr. Shaheen, dentist. Had an appointment at 4 for my kid. Walked in sharp on time, only to learn doctor left 15 minutes ago because he didn’t want to wait for an already scheduled appointment. No reason whatsoever. I literally picked my children earlier from school and cancelled their other class only for this appointment. Clinic or doctor didn’t bother to inform me about doctor’s unwillingness to treat. Guess they don’t understand the pain it takes to bring children to clinic during middle of the day by breaking all their other schedules. Highly unprofessional and callous behaviour. Don’t know why they have such unprofessional doctors. Such a waste of peoples’ time. Very very disappointed.
