I’ve been coming here for over six months now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best things I’ve done for myself. Every time I leave a class, I feel stronger, calmer, and more centered. I alternate between Studio 1 (75° flow) and Studio 2 (95° flow), and both offer something unique — whether I'm in the mood for a more grounding flow or a sweatier, detoxifying session. The instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming, and create such a positive atmosphere. The energy in both studios is incredible. I can’t recommend this place enough — it’s become a core part of my weekly routine and overall well-being.

First timer with instructor Alyssa! The flow was gentle enough for a beginner (plenty of those present) and still nourishing for me (not a beginner, but it had been months and months since taking a class). She really checked all the boxes with her instruction and energy to get me feeling strong and calm. What a beautiful space! Tons of parking! Will definitely be back as the weather gets chilly.

I've been going to Buddhaful Souls Yoga Studio for a few months now, and I feel 100x better than before I started. I walk in and am always greeted with warmth, and I leave feeling strengthened, calmer, and prepared for the world. After nearly 30 years of trying different yoga studios and practices, I finally feel like I understand what yoga can be for me. This is in no small part to the women teaching me. They're amazing. I feel seen, heard, and honored in this space. I'm so grateful!

I stumbled upon this beautiful, holistic spa on Instagram and just had to go in person! I was very intrigued by the Tune Bed. I had never heard of that before and the experience didn't disappoint. While there I also hopped on the vibrational plate for a little movement, and went in the infrared Sauna. It was such a relaxing & recharging hour that felt longer, and exactly the reset my nervous system needed. The shop is cute too! I bought the cutest sweatshirt. Wish I lived closer, but I'll be back!
