My overall experience with this business was horrible my child was injured but I suffer financially that six years after the accident I have been unable to work or etc because I assume they was gone help my family and I but didn’t help me with anything so now my children and I left trying to regain stability and balance because they left me out to dry while they get they pay out. If I know they was gone leave me out to be unstable and etc I would have founded an other law office to help my child and I better. For the Manager to call me asking and then giving me excuses instead of saying we could of protect you better gone ask me did I get care assistance mhm if you see my child was hurt for five years only got it for year. Now how would you think I could survive off that for year the cases lasted four and half years like I had to hang up because you not gone feed me lies like your colleagues. Try and like I stated I’m gone let everyone know y’all did poor of job protecting the parents from financial ruin.

Receptionist was rude, hung up on me twice. Would not explain why they wouldn't accept to help with my civil rights violations. Just said they cant help. Not even a 2 minute conversation. Would Not Recommend!!!

I spent 10 minutes explaining my case to Tyrell, and then the call was dropped. And when I called back, they wanted me to give them my case all over again. Don't waste your time with those people. They are incredibly inhumane. They would make you repeat a traumatic story 10 times if they could.
