Michelle TancrediI placed an order on 3/14, and as of today 4/16 I have yet to get a shipped email, or a response from my status update inquiry. I've submitted 3, and cannot get an update still. Order was over 300$ and they cannot even email a response in over 72 hours. They have banker hours for phone services and I've only gotten an answer 1 time and that was for an inquiry prior to placing the order. It's easier to buy items and pay to have a logo added. Coaches, do not use this company unless you want to go half the season without uniforms otlr staus info. Our other teams moms havent been able to get their items either.

I called them and they told me that there was nothing they could do for me that I had to reach out to the school rep. They were quick to withdrawal my money but not to refund me.
Ashley AshleySizing is way off and of course, they won’t own up to the mistake. Size chart clearly states if the chest measurement is between 28-30” then order the youth medium, but as shown, the youth medium does NOT even measure a full 15” across which means the jersey itself is not even a full 30” in circumference.
RobertThe online ordering process was simple for what my son needed for his high school baseball team. The order was ready and shipped quickly. Within days. FedEx unfortunately lost the order. Emailing customer service was easy and they were extremely responsive and helpful. They are preparing a new order and expedited the shipping. The customer service has been excellent!
